Dmitry Serov, a member of the Quaestio Rossica editorial board, passed away

Dmitry Serov, Dr. Hab. (History), a member of the Quaestio Rossica editorial board and professor at Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management, passed away after a difficult illness on October 6. Dmitry was a prominent expert on Russian history as well as a genuine person who was always ready to help others.
